McKinney Listings

McKinney is called “Unique by Nature” for a reason.  It truly is the best of both worlds when it comes to  lots of beautiful nature, mixed with convenience, and fantastic restaurants!

The historic town of McKinney on the far east side is a popular and fun spot to visit.  Offering some of the very best cuisine in the area, there is something for everyone there. My favorite local restaurants and small businesses are ALL in this town. The homes are quaint and fun to explore and the town square has loads of fun shops and spots to stop and have a drink or bite to eat.  There is even a winery, complete with live music!

McKinney also has a bit of a country feel, mixed in with the suburbs.  The population is 182,000 (it’s a very BIG city, so it doesn’t feel too populated).  It’s conveniently located near both 75 and 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway and just minutes from Dallas North Tollway, depending on which side of McKinney you reside in.  I love that it is on the outskirts of the hustle, but convenient with quick access to shops and restaurants… and not far from Dallas or both airports!

The PGA just signed a 5-year contract with the TPC Craig Ranch Golf Club to hold their Byron Nelson ATT Tournament there in the middle of the Craig Ranch community, where you can find anything from apartments, townhomes, to patio homes, and multi-million dollar estates on 1 acre of land!  In McKinney, there truly is something for everyone.  The Byron Nelson ATT tournament starts in McKinney in May of 2021.

I cannot wait for the HUB-121 to go in!  This will be amazing and is well underway and expected to be completed in the summer of 2021.  McKinney's newest home for destination shopping, craft beer, dining live music and entertainment!  This is a stone throw from my home, so I'll likely be there often!
